One central database
Plants, varieties, pots, heights, suppliers and prices stay linked. A similar reference never silently replaces the requested format.

Floria is a proposed business application for plant suppliers. It brings plant references and supplier prices together, processes customer enquiries and automatically prepares draft quotes for review.
Explore the interactive demo ↓When information is spread across spreadsheets and supplier offers, each enquiry means finding the right plant, checking its size and recalculating prices. This project brings those steps together in one tool.
Plants, varieties, pots, heights, suppliers and prices stay linked. A similar reference never silently replaces the requested format.
The intended workflow includes importing Excel enquiries, turning references, sizes and quantities into lines to match against the database.
The tool finds matches and compares suitable offers. Missing prices and different sizes remain clearly flagged for review.
Configurable selling rules and transport calculations help prepare prices. The demo allocates transport costs across quote lines.
Completed lines become a customer-facing proposal. Internal calculations and suppliers remain in the working view.
The operator chooses offers, checks availability and resolves exceptions before sending. Automation prepares the quote; a person makes the decision.
Browse the database, open the enquiry, compare offers and choose a supplier option. Change transport costs to see their effect on the quote. One unmatched line deliberately remains incomplete.
The interactive demo is available in French, English and Dutch.
